Selezioniamo per azienda strutturata del territorio Imolese: CONTABILE SENIOR La risorsa sarà inserita in un team con altre 3 risorse, dovrà supportare le attività amministrative e contabili. Nello specifico dovrà occuparsi di: - Gestione completa della contabilità generale (prima nota, scritture contabili, registrazioni e quadrature) - Gestione ciclo attivo: fatturazione, registrazione incassi, solleciti e riconciliazioni clienti - Gestione ciclo passivo: registrazione fatture fornitori, scadenziario, predisposizione pagamenti e riconciliazioni fornitori - Riconciliazioni bancarie e gestione rapporti operativi con istituti di credito - Gestione IVA: liquidazioni, registri, dichiarazioni periodiche (LIPE) e supporto alla dichiarazione annuale IVA - Adempimenti fiscali e contributivi ricorrenti (ritenute, F24, comunicazioni) e presidio delle scadenze - Gestione cespiti: registrazione, ammortamenti, dismissioni e inventari - Supporto a revisioni contabili, audit e controlli interni; gestione documentale e tracciabilità - Interfaccia con commercialista/consulenti esterni e predisposizione della documentazione richiesta Requisiti richiesti: Laurea triennale in Economia Aziendale, Economia e Commercio o titolo equivalente Gradita esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni in ambito contabile all'interno di studi professionali o aziende strutturate Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel Offriamo: Assunzione iniziale a tempo indeterminato , Range RAL € 34.000-40.000 Orario: full time dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 08.00 alle 17.00 Sede di lavoro: Mordano (BO) Se pensi di avere le qualità giuste, non aspettare!
