Gi Group, prima Agenzia per il Lavoro Italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1.800 professionisti nel settore delle Risorse Umane, ricerca per azienda cliente operante nel settore tessile una figura di: IMPIEGATO/A AMMINISTRATIVO/A CONTABILE Inserita all'interno dell'ufficio amministrativo, la risorsa si occuperà in autonomia delle principali attività contabili e amministrative, con interfaccia costante con banche e consulenti esterni, nello specifico: Gestione della contabilità ordinaria (prima nota, registrazioni contabili, ciclo attivo e passivo) Gestione pagamenti e scadenziario fornitori/clienti Rapporti con istituti bancari (contatti operativi, gestione disposizioni, supporto attività finanziarie ordinarie) Interfaccia con commercialista/consulenti per adempimenti e scadenze amministrative Predisposizione documentazione contabile e supporto alle attività di chiusura, fino alla preparazione documenti per il bilancio Utilizzo del gestionale MAGO per registrazioni e attività operative Requisiti Esperienza pregressa nel ruolo amministrativo-contabile (contabilità ordinaria e gestione operativa delle scadenze) Buona autonomia nella gestione delle attività contabili quotidiane Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare per priorità e scadenze Buona dimestichezza con strumenti informatici; gradita conoscenza di MAGO (o gestionali analoghi) Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla relazione con interlocutori esterni (banche, commercialista) Cosa offriamo Inserimento iniziale a tempo determinato con possibilità di assunzione a tempo indeterminato RAL indicativa: 40.000 € (da valutare in base a esperienza e competenze) Orario di lavoro: full time, dal lunedì al venerdì Sede di lavoro: Gattinara (VC) ?
