Gi Group SpA per NOVACOOP, Cooperativa di consumatori leader nel settore della grande distribuzione in Piemonte, ricerca per il PV di Galliate (NO)e Borgomanero (TO) : CAPO REPARTO LIBERO SERVIZIO PER PV DI GALLIATE (NO) e BORGOMANERO (NO) Le principali responsabilità saranno: - Gestione in autonomia del reparto latticini e surgelati; - Gestione del conto economico di reparto; - Raggiungimento dei KPI; - Coordinamento e formazione del proprio team; - Pianificazione degli orari del gruppo di lavoro; - Gestione e supervisione ordini; - Controllo qualità e controllo banchi; - Cura dell'assortimento e dell'allestimento dei prodotti; Requisiti: Si richiedono capacità organizzative, problem solving, orientamento alla clientela, uno stile di leadership motivante ed ingaggiante, concreta motivazione all'apprendimento e importanti capacità di analisi dei dati. È inoltre necessaria esperienza pregressa in ruoli di responsabilità in GDO. Offriamo: - Contratto di lavoro a tempo determinato della durata di 12 mesi, full-time a 40 ore settimanali.
