Azienda nostra Cliente, Multinazionale americana punto di riferimento nella progettazione e produzione di una gamma completa di soluzioni sia per il mercato del condizionamento sia per quello della refrigerazione industriale, per il laboratorio R&D dedicato a chiller e condizionatori industriali, ricerchiamo un/una: TECNICO COLLAUDATORE - LABORATORIO HVAC La risorsa dovrà mantenere una doppia anima: forte operatività in laboratorio + capacità di gestire attività di reportistica e organizzazione. La figura lavorerà a stretto contatto con ingegneri, PM e team sviluppo prodotto, supportando le fasi di test e validazione in un contesto dinamico (portfolio prodotti in riprogettazione). Responsabilità principali: Supporto alla pianificazione ed esecuzione di progetti di ricerca e sviluppo. Esecuzione di test sperimentali e raccolta dati (idraulici, elettrici, termodinamici). Analisi dati e redazione di report tecnici/documentazione test in modo strutturato. Supporto a design, sviluppo e implementazione di prodotti nuovi/migliorati. Attività di laboratorio e manutenzione strumentazione; capacità di svolgere anche lavori manuali (es. saldatura, collegamento raccordi idraulici, montaggi/meccanica). Definizione e miglioramento continuo di metodologie di test, strumenti e best practice. Collaborazione con il team per rispettare tempi e budget; gestione di priorità e pressione operativa. Rispetto di procedure e linee guida per test qualità su materie prime, semilavorati e prodotti finiti (focus su sviluppo nuovi prodotti) Requisiti Diploma tecnico (o equivalente). Esperienza: idealmente almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Lab Technician Competenze manuali: saldatura, idraulica, montaggi meccanici / assemblaggio prototipi e modifiche su macchinari. Competenze elettromeccaniche (importante per aspetti di sicurezza elettrica, anche su livelli/contesti di media tensione). Esperienza su sistemi di raffreddamento industriale (chiller/condizionatori) e test di laboratorio con sensoristica. Attitudine: persona proattiva, ordinata, collaborativa, capace di lavorare con carichi e urgenze senza perdere precisione Conoscenza lingua inglese Cosa offriamo: Categoria: B1 o B2 (in base all'esperienza).
