Per azienda cliente operante nel settore della fibra di carbonio, selezioniamo: ADDETTO/ADDETTA AL DISTACCO Di cosa ti dovrai occupare? Inserito/a in produzione e affiancato/a da colleghi esperti, ti occuperai delle attività di distacco e rifinitura di componenti, garantendo qualità del prodotto finito e rispetto delle procedure di lavorazione e sicurezza. Eseguire operazioni di distacco del pezzo a fine lavorazione, seguendo le istruzioni operative; Effettuare rifiniture e piccole lavorazioni manuali per la pulizia/finizione dei componenti; Utilizzare i principali strumenti da officina (utensili manuali e da banco) in modo sicuro e accurato; Eseguire controlli visivi di base per identificare eventuali imperfezioni e segnalarle al responsabile; Collaborare con il team di reparto per assicurare continuità del flusso produttivo e standard qualitativi. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Esperienza, anche breve, nell'utilizzo di strumenti da officina e buona manualità; Preferibile provenienza da contesti produttivi metalmeccanici (anche minima); Precisione, attenzione ai dettagli e rispetto delle procedure; Capacità di lavoro in gruppo; Volontà di crescere e di apprendere una mansione tecnica in un contesto innovativo. Offerta Contrattuale: Inserimento con contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato. CCNL applicato: Metalmeccanica Industria Livello di inquadramento: D1 o D2 Retribuzione prevista: la retribuzione annua lorda prevista è compresa tra € 26.000 e € 28.000, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione.
