Gi Group, prima Agenzia per il Lavoro Italiana con oltre 200 filiali sul territorio nazionale e più di 1800 professionisti nel settore delle Risorse Umane, cerca per AMADORI una nuova persona da inserire nel ruolo di Supervisore/a di Impianti con il compito di presidiare le linee di produzione del mangimificio di Monte di Malo (VI). In questo ruolo dovrai occuparti di: ? Pianificazione e Coordinamento: creazione dei programmi di produzione in base agli ordini e supervisione delle attività quotidiane per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi prefissati. ? Monitoraggio: controllo dei macchinari da sala quadro e gestione delle segnalazioni d'allarme, con l'obiettivo di prevenire malfunzionamenti e ottimizzare la produzione ? Settaggio Parametri: regolazione di velocità, temperature e dosaggi per assicurare gli standard qualitativi e l'efficienza dei processi. ? Leadership operativa: coordinamento del personale presente in turno. Supervisione delle attività pratiche e supporto tecnico alla squadra. La persona sarà inserita all'interno di un team che ruota su 2 turni (mattina:6-14, pomeriggio:14- 22) Trattamento economico In conformità al D.Lgs. 96/2026 e alla Direttiva UE 2023/970, AMADORI garantisce la massima trasparenza sulle condizioni economiche e contrattuali fin dalla fase di selezione: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro applicato: C.C.N.L. Industria Alimentare (14 mensilità); Retribuzione Annua Lorda (RAL) compresa tra € 28.000,00 e i 35.000,00 , definita in funzione dell'esperienza professionale maturata, delle competenze possedute e della coerenza del percorso professionale con le attività previste dal ruolo; Le informazioni sulla retribuzione sono fornite a fini di trasparenza e hanno valore indicativo; non costituiscono un'offerta vincolante né generano aspettative sulle condizioni finali, che saranno definite nel corso del processo di selezione in base al profilo ed alle competenze della/del candidata/o.
