Per conto di una nostra azienda cliente, realtà industriale specializzata nelle lavorazioni di carpenteria metalmeccanica, siamo alla ricerca di un/una: Responsabile Assicurazione Qualità con consolidata esperienza nella gestione dei sistemi qualità in ambito industriale e manifatturiero. La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e del miglioramento del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità (SGQ), del coordinamento del team dedicato al controllo qualità e della gestione dei rapporti con clienti, fornitori ed enti di certificazione. Principali responsabilità Redigere, aggiornare e mantenere la documentazione del Sistema di Gestione della Qualità (SGQ), inclusi Manuale della Qualità, procedure operative e note tecniche. Curare la predisposizione e l'aggiornamento della documentazione tecnica e qualitativa relativa ai prodotti aziendali. Supervisionare e coordinare le attività delle tre risorse dedicate al controllo qualità, garantendo il rispetto degli standard aziendali e dei requisiti richiesti. Gestire i rapporti e le comunicazioni ufficiali con gli enti di certificazione, coordinando le attività necessarie all'ottenimento e al mantenimento delle certificazioni. Gestire le problematiche tecniche e qualitative con clienti e fornitori, occupandosi dell'analisi delle non conformità, della gestione dei reclami e delle richieste specifiche. Pianificare e condurre audit e verifiche ispettive interne, verificando la corretta applicazione delle procedure e l'efficacia del sistema documentale. Promuovere il miglioramento continuo dei processi e degli standard qualitativi aziendali. Requisiti richiesti Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi, maturata in aziende industriali o manifatturiere. Ottima conoscenza delle normative ISO applicabili ai sistemi di gestione della qualità e delle normative AQAP. Esperienza consolidata nella redazione e gestione di manuali della qualità, procedure operative e documentazione tecnica. Capacità di gestire in autonomia le relazioni con enti certificatori, clienti e fornitori. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata, con particolare riferimento alla terminologia tecnica. Preferibile formazione o esperienza in ambito tecnico-meccanico, con conoscenza delle lavorazioni meccaniche, del disegno tecnico e dei principali strumenti di misura. Inquadramento e condizioni contrattuali Contratto: tempo indeterminato. CCNL: Metalmeccanica Industria. Livello di inquadramento: B2. RAL: € 45.000 - € 50.000 lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione. Benefit: bonus welfare annuale di € 250 e premio annuale di € 1.800 lordi. Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8:00 alle 13:00 e dalle 14:00 alle 17:00.
