Entrerai in un contesto industriale strutturato e internazionale, con l'obiettivo di garantire la qualità dei componenti acquistati e supportare i fornitori nel miglioramento continuo. Sarai un punto di riferimento operativo tra Fornitori, Qualità, Sourcing, Ingegneria e Produzione, contribuendo a risolvere problemi, migliorare processi e assicurare la conformità agli standard richiesti. SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER (Junior) - Qualità Fornitori (Settore Aerospace) Sedi: Pomigliano D'Arco (NA) o Brindisi o Rivalta di Torino (TO) Orario: 08:00-17:00 (con flessibilità in ingresso/uscita) Contratto: iniziale tempo determinato in somministrazione - CCNL Metalmeccanico, livello C3 RAL indicativa: 30.000-38.000 € Cosa farai Sarai l'interfaccia principale tra fornitore e azienda per temi qualità Guiderai attività di RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) per la risoluzione strutturata delle non conformità Supporterai la qualifica dei fornitori e la qualifica/validazione dei componenti (part qualification) Verificherai la conformità a requisiti, normative e standard attraverso sorveglianza e audit qualità Monitorerai le performance dei fornitori tramite metriche e scorecard, contribuendo ai piani di miglioramento Collaborerai alla definizione e lettura di KPI, report e indicatori qualità Requisiti Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Aeronautica/Aerospaziale, Industriale) Capacità di leggere disegni tecnici e specifiche Conoscenza base di metodi di misura e tecniche di ispezione Esperienza pregressa (anche breve) in ambito Qualità o come SQE Inglese medio-alto: la risorsa deve saper comunicare con stakeholder esteri Disponibilità a trasferte (UE ed extra-UE, non frequenti) Opportunità: concreta possibilità di assunzione diretta a tempo indeterminato presso il Cliente *Grafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
