Gi Group S.p.a in partnership Frizzcafé, realtà in costante espansione fondata nel 2011 e radicata nel territorio con 8 sedi attive tra Bari, Monopoli e Altamura, offre un contratto di lavoro in Apprendistato di 1° Livello unico nel suo genere, con possibilità di stabilizzazione. Al termine del percorso verrà rilasciato il Certificato di Specializzazione Tecnica Superiore, spendibile nel mercato del lavoro italiano ed europeo. Cosa imparerai: Coordinamento del team, gestione turni e flussi di lavoro. Controllo qualità, allestimento, procedure HACCP e standard del brand. Gestione fornitori, ordini e magazzino. Food cost, performance operative, contabilità di base. Tecniche di vendita attiva e cura dell'esperienza cliente. Quali sono i vantaggi di questo contratto? formazione teorica e pratica fornita da esperti del settore; opportunità di apprendere e lavorare in un ambiente tecnico strutturato e stimolante; possibilità di continuare la collaborazione con l'azienda a conclusione del percorso di apprendistato. L'assunzione partirà a ottobre 2026. Il contratto prevede 900 ore di formazione, suddivise in: formazione teorica in aula a Bari; formazione pratica on the job (oltre il 50%) direttamente nel punto vendita di Bari Requisiti di accesso Percorso rivolto a candidati/e 18-24 anni in possesso di uno dei seguenti titoli: Diploma di Istruzione Secondaria Superiore; Diploma professionale IeFP quadriennale; Ammissione alla V annualità liceale; Laurea o frequenza di corsi di laurea in economia. Soft skill richieste Attenzione alla qualità del servizio e dell'esperienza cliente. Capacità di lavorare in contesti dinamici e ad alto ritmo. Predisposizione al lavoro operativo e al teamworking. Offerta contrattuale Inserimento con Apprendistato di 1° Livello in somministrazione.
