Per nostro importante cliente, leader in Italia per la lavorazione dei prodotti siderurgici, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di: Responsabile Ufficio Acquisti - Beni e Servizi (Capex/Opex) La risorsa opererà in autonomia a riporto diretto del CEO, con un ruolo chiave nel consolidare e ottimizzare i processi di approvvigionamento per due stabilimenti produttivi. Si occuperà di sviluppare rapporti di fiducia e collaborazione con i fornitori, lavorando in stretta sinergia con responsabile di stabilimento, responsabile sicurezza, responsabile manutenzione e finance, in un'ottica di miglioramento di processi e della collaborazione interna ed esterna. Perimetro di competenza: Acquisto di servizi, manutenzioni, ricambi, materiali di consumo, logistica e investimenti strutturali/impiantistici (Capex/Opex). La funzione non prevede il coordinamento di personale diretto. Tra le sue principali responsabilità: Sourcing e Contrattualistica: Ricerca e selezione dei fornitori per materiali e servizi interaziendali (ricambi, logistica, utenze, pulizie). Stesura, negoziazione e revisione dei contratti (inclusi SLA), garantendo tutela legale ed economica alle aziende Operatività e Ottimizzazione: Gestione pratica degli ordini, solleciti e monitoraggio delle consegne. Dovrà condurre periodiche Spend Analysis per individuare sinergie tra i due stabilimenti, unificando fornitori e generando economie di scala Valutazione e Reportistica: Monitoraggio costante delle performance dei vendor (rating di qualità e puntualità), gestione dei contenziosi e predisposizione dei budget di competenza da presentare periodicamente alla Direzione. Requisiti Diploma e/o Laurea (preferibile) in ambito tecnico Esperienza consolidata (almeno 5 anni) nella gestione di acquisti tecnici, investimenti (Capex), appalti di servizi complessi e contrattualistica all'interno di contesti aziendali strutturati del settore metalmeccanico o dell'industria pesante Solido Know-how tecnico: meccanica generale (capacità di leggere un disegno tecnico e adeguata conoscenza dei componenti industriali), edilizia e facility management (gestione di opere edili, ristrutturazioni e ammodernamenti, analisi computi metrici e capitolati relativi a interventi edili su immobili e impianti industriali), elettro-strumentale e It (basi di impiantistica elettrica, automazione industriale e servizi informatici) Competenze di finanza agevolata (Esperienza pratica nella gestione dei requisiti documentali e amministrativi legati a fondi finanziati, normative Industria 4.0/5.0 e iperammortamento) Abitudine a lavorare in autonomia, con approccio proattivo e orientamento al problem solving. Spiccate capacità relazionali e di negoziazione, orientate a creare collaborazione e fiducia con stakeholder interni ed esterni. Buona dimestichezza con strumenti digitali/gestionali (ERP, pacchetto Office). Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese. ? Cosa offriamo Ruolo con forte autonomia e impatto sul business. Contesto organizzativo collaborativo e orientato al miglioramento continuo. Inserimento a tempo indeterminato RAL nel range compreso tra i 50/55.000 euro + auto ad uso promiscuo. CCNL metalmeccanico-industria o commercio. Sede di lavoro: attività svolta su due sedi, la risorsa opererà alternativamente presso gli stabilimenti di Ravenna e Imola, in base alle priorità operative e ai progetti in corso.
