Siamo alla ricerca di un/una BACK-OFFICE_COMMERCIALE & ACQUISTI_ con ottimo inglese per azienda di Vado Ligure (SV) specializzata nelle forniture navali La risorsa, a seconda dei clienti assegnati, si dedicherà alla gestione dell'ordine occupandosi di preventivare coi fornitori l'approvvigionamento dei materiali richiesti, senza mai perdere il focus delle scorte già presenti nei magazzini Nel dettaglio: La risorsa, a seconda dei clienti assegnati, si dedicherà alla gestione dell'ordine occupandosi di preventivare coi fornitori l'approvvigionamento dei materiali richiesti, senza mai perdere il focus delle scorte già presenti nei magazzini Nel dettaglio: - inserimento ordini fornitori & gestione/sollecito degli stessi per garantire gli approvvigionamenti - strutturazione delle offerte commerciali per i clienti in base valutazione dei preventivi migliori per definirne costi e margini - negoziazione/trattativa con fornitori sugli acquisti - gestione e compilazione di offerte per i clienti, inizialmente con il supporto di un responsabile fino ad acquisire autonomia - monitoraggio e reporting delle attività di acquisto - inserimento ordini clienti e documentazione relativa alle vendite La figura professionale ricercata ha maturato esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli back office commerciale oppure area acquisti preferibilmente nel settore navale e presenta competenze analitiche volte all'ottimizzazione dei processi aziendali. Completano il profilo attitudine alla negoziazione, precisione, dinamismo, e proattività. Requisiti: Diploma o Laurea Ottima conoscenza lingua inglese (colloquio in lingua) Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office Patente B automuniti Offerta: Contratto: inserimento diretto in azienda a tempo indeterminato Orario di lavoro: full-time 40 ore settimanili con possibilità di flessibilità in entrata -uscita tra le 7,30 e le 8,30, pausa di almeno 1 un ora tra le 12 e le 14, e uscita tra le 17 e 17,30 Zona: Vado Ligure (SV) Ral 30-35k a seconda dell'esperienza + welfare aziendale variabile di circa 800/1000 euro *Grafton Office è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
