Per importante azienda tessile italiana leader nel mercato nazionale ed europeo, specializzata nella tintoria, stampa e fornitura di filati ricerchiamo una figura di: PRODUCTION PLANNER La risorsa supporta la pianificazione operativa e il monitoraggio dell'avanzamento produttivo, contribuendo a garantire rispetto delle consegne (OTD), ottimizzazione dei carichi di lavoro e allineamento tra reparti produttivi e logistica. Nello specifico ti occuperai di: - Supporto nella pianificazione a breve/medio termine delle attività produttive (tintoria, stampa, reparti ausiliari), in base a ordini, capacità e disponibilità materiali. - Inserimento e aggiornamento di piani di produzione e ordini di lavoro su gestionale (ERP/MRP). - Monitoraggio avanzamento produzione e gestione degli scostamenti (ritardi, fermi macchina, cambi priorità), proponendo azioni correttive. - Collaborazione con ufficio commerciale/customer service per conferme data e gestione urgenze/priorità cliente. - Verifica disponibilità filati, semilavorati, coloranti e ausiliari con magazzino/acquisti, segnalando criticità e rischi di stock-out. - Supporto al coordinamento dei cambi colore/lotti e delle sequenze produttive per ridurre tempi di set-up e sprechi. - Raccolta e analisi di dati di pianificazione (lead time, saturazione risorse, backlog, OTD) e predisposizione di reportistica base. Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? - Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o discipline affini; Esperienza di almeno 1 anno in ambito pianificazione della produzione; - Conoscenza dei processi produttivi e delle logiche di programmazione della produzione. - Solide capacità di analisi dati e problem solving. - Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office. Soft skills: ordine e precisione, autonomia e spirito di iniziativa, problem solving operativo, gestione del tempo, flessibilità, ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative Orario di lavoro: full time, lunedì-venerdì 8:00-17:00 con 1 h di pausa pranzo.
