Per azienda cliente del settore METALMECCANICO selezioniamo: ANALISTA TEMPI E METODI Di cosa ti occuperai? Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, con focus sulle linee di assemblaggio e collaudo, in particolare nell'area elettronica Supportare analisi di efficienza, produttività e saturazione impianti, garantendo il mantenimento di elevati indicatori OEE/OLE Identificare e implementare iniziative di Miglioramento Continuo e riduzione sprechi Eseguire analisi Tempi & Metodi (rilievi, bilanciamento linea, definizione cicli standard, analisi OCRA) Valutare e migliorare l'ergonomia delle postazioni di lavoro (ottica sicurezza e performance) Migliorare i layout produttivi per minimizzare gli sprechi dovuti a movimenti e spostamenti non necessari Analizzare i flussi di materiali in produzione, i flussi tra reparti e magazzini, definire ed implementare logiche di gestione Kanban Utilizzare il sistema gestionale ERP per caricamento dei cicli di lavoro e tempi di fabbricazione ed utilizzare il gestionale MES per i dati di output produttivi Supportare attività di industrializzazione prodotto/processo per la redazione e mantenimento della documentazione di processo (istruzioni, cicli, standard operativi) Collaborare in modo interfunzionale con Produzione, Qualità, Manutenzione e Logistica . Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche?
