Principali attività: Collaborare al controllo e alla supervisione degli interventi manutentivi ordinari e straordinari su immobili e impianti. Supervisionare i contratti di servizio (facility services) garantendo il rispetto dei livelli qualitativi concordati (SLA e KPI). Analizzare i dati gestionali, tecnici ed economici per predisporre una reportistica periodica accurata. Contribuire attivamente al miglioramento dei processi organizzativi interni e alla pianificazione strategica delle attività. Requisiti richiesti: La ricerca è riservata a coloro che sono in possesso di: Laurea Magistrale o equivalente in ingegneria gestionale; Esperienza in attività di gestione del patrimonio immobiliare, manutenzione di immobili e impianti, gestione di contratti di servizi, pianificazione e controllo di attività tecniche; Conoscenza dei principali aspetti relativi alla gestione degli immobili e degli impianti, alla manutenzione e alla gestione dei contratti di servizi; Capacità di pianificare e monitorare attività, tempi, costi, livelli di servizio e indicatori di performance; Capacità di analizzare dati tecnici, economici e gestionali e predisporre reportistica; Capacità di leggere e interpretare elaborati progettuali, capitolati tecnici e documentazione tecnica; Conoscenza di base della normativa in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, tutela ambientale e gestione del patrimonio immobiliare; Conoscenza del pacchetto Office con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Excel; Plus: Capacità di conoscenza di SAP, Microsoft Project, software CAD e strumenti di Business Intelligence (es. Power BI); Conoscenza dei principali processi di manutenzione di immobili e impianti tecnologici; Esperienza nell'analisi e nell'ottimizzazione dei processi organizzativi; Conoscenza del D. Lgs. 81/2008; Conoscenza delle procedure in materia di DUVRI, gestione dell'amianto, gestione dei rifiuti e sostenibilità ambientale; Conoscenza del Codice dei Contratti Pubblici (D. Lgs. 36/2023), con particolare riferimento alla fase di esecuzione dei contratti. Soft skills: Capacità di analisi, di pianificazione e organizzazione del lavoro; Capacità relazionali, flessibilità e propensione a lavorare in team e al problem solving; Orientamento al risultato e al miglioramento continuo.
