Per un'importante realtà cliente orientata all'innovazione, specializzata in progettazione e costruzione di impianti per il trattamento e il recupero di metalli preziosi, ricerchiamo un/a: TECNICO COMMERCIALE (SETTORE PROCESSI CHIMICI) Di cosa ti occuperai? Inserito/a nella divisione tecnico commerciale, sarai il punto di raccordo tra Sales, cliente e ufficio tecnico. Il percorso prevede una prima fase in cui lavorerai soprattutto su analisi di processo, valutazioni tecniche e ottimizzazione delle soluzioni impiantistiche; successivamente, assumerai in modo sempre più completo la responsabilità di sviluppo delle proposte e delle offerte, fino a ricoprire pienamente il ruolo di Tecnico Commerciale In particolare, ti occuperai di: Ricevere e analizzare le richieste del cliente condivise con il team Sales (dati di processo, materiali da trattare, vincoli tecnici ed economici) Customizzare il progetto dell'impianto sulla base delle esigenze specifiche del cliente Sviluppare soluzioni tecniche applicate ai materiali da trattare, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali e delle normative di riferimento Proporre alternative tecniche e configurazioni diverse, valutandone impatto tecnico, economico e tempi di realizzazione Elaborare offerte tecniche e preventivi, garantendo coerenza tra contenuto tecnico, pricing e condizioni commerciali Preparare presentazioni tecniche a supporto della forza vendita e partecipare a incontri con i clienti, in affiancamento a Sales/Business Development Collaborare con ufficio tecnico, produzione e project management per assicurare la corretta trasferibilità dell'offerta in fase esecutiva Monitorare mercato, applicazioni e concorrenza per proporre miglioramenti e nuove configurazioni impiantistiche da offrire ai clienti Contribuire al raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali della divisione, supportando la chiusura delle trattative dal punto di vista tecnico Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche? Laurea in Chimica, Ingegneria Chimica o indirizzi affini Aver maturato 1-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli di ingegneria di processo su impianti industriali (chimici, trattamenti fisico-chimici, metallurgia o affini) Richiesta una conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese Attitudine al problem solving, orientamento al miglioramento continuo e capacità di lavorare in team multidisciplinari Residenza/Domicilio in zona o disponibilità al trasferimento Cosa offriamo Contratto: assunzione diretta in azienda a tempo indeterminato CCNL: Metalmeccanico Industria Livello di Inquadramento: C3 Retribuzione prevista: compresa tra € 32.0000 e € 38.0000 lordi annui Sono inoltre previsti: Ticket Restaurant da 8€ , Welfare aziendale Ruolo con forte contenuto tecnico e impatto diretto sulle performance di processo Possibilità di crescita professionale in un contesto dinamico, innovativo e internazionale Orario di lavoro: Full time dal lunedì al venerdì Luogo di lavoro: Provincia di Arezzo (AR) *Grafton Engineering è una specializzazione di Gi Group Spa autorizzata ad operare dal Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali (Aut.
