Per azienda molto strutturata del settore metalmeccanico stiamo ricercando: Tecnico Controllo Qualità di Processo (CMM) Responsabilità: - Eseguire le misure dimensionali su macchine di misura a coordinate CMM Hexagon - PC-DMIS, utilizzando programmi esistenti per primo pezzo, controlli in frequenza, campionature, verifiche su richiesta e analisi di processo. - Apportare modifiche ai programmi CMM esistenti e, in funzione delle competenze possedute, sviluppare nuovi programmi di misura, in coordinamento con il responsabile metrologia. - Utilizzare gli strumenti di misura tradizionali (calibri, micrometri, alesametri, comparatori, tamponi e calibri passa/non passa) per i controlli di prodotto e di processo. - Analizzare i risultati dimensionali e i relativi trend, individuando derive, dispersioni o condizioni potenzialmente critiche prima che generino non conformità di prodotto. - Collaborare direttamente con operatori, capi turno e responsabili di reparto nell'analisi delle problematiche produttive, contribuendo alla ricerca delle possibili cause legate a macchina, attrezzatura, utensile, metodo, materiale o sistema di misura. - Verificare sul campo, per quanto di competenza, l'efficacia delle azioni implementate attraverso controlli mirati e monitoraggio dei risultati successivi. - Eseguire gli audit di prodotto e di processo pianificati presso le postazioni dei reparti produttivi, segnalando tempestivamente scostamenti dagli standard definiti. - Contribuire alla preparazione della documentazione PPAP di competenza, con particolare riferimento ai rapporti dimensionali e alle evidenze di misura. - Registrare i dati e archiviare i rapporti secondo le procedure del sistema qualità, garantendo la corretta tracciabilità delle misure e delle verifiche eseguite. - Garantire un efficace passaggio di consegne tra turni, evidenziando anomalie aperte, controlli da proseguire, azioni in corso e priorità operative. Requisiti richiesti: - Diploma tecnico o qualifica professionale in ambito meccanico. - Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel controllo qualità dimensionale o nel supporto qualità ai processi produttivi in ambito manifatturiero, preferibilmente meccanico o automotive. - Esperienza nell'uso operativo di macchine di misura CMM, preferibilmente Hexagon con software PC-DMIS. - Ottima lettura del disegno tecnico meccanico, incluse quote funzionali, tolleranze dimensionali e geometriche (GD&T / ISO GPS). - Padronanza degli strumenti di misura tradizionali. - Capacità di interpretare i risultati di misura e collegarli alle condizioni del processo produttivo. - Conoscenza di base dei concetti di SPC e capacità di processo (Cp/Cpk). - Buona capacità di utilizzo degli strumenti informatici di base e di elaborazione dati Giorni e Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì 2 turni ( 6.00-14.00/ 13.00-21.00) Offerta Contrattuale: contratto a tempo indeterminato direttamente con l'azienda utilizzatrice CCNL applicato: CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria Retribuzione prevista: RAL 30K- 40K Luogo di lavoro: Castellamonte (TO) Se pensi di avere le competenze e l'attitudine per questo ruolo, inviaci la tua candidatura!
