  • Assist with the organisation and delivery of training programmes from law school registration through to the training programme.
  • Support attraction activity by assisting with advertising and marketing materials, merchandise and initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target universities and support profile‑raising activities, including campus events, presentations, workshops and attendance at law fairs.
  • Take ownership of organising, delivering and attending outreach and university events as required.
  • Coordinate recruitment and development activity for local diversity pipeline programmes.
  • Prepare and manage the timely processing of invoicing and programme or candidate expenses.
  • Provide broader administrative support to the graduate recruitment and development team and contribute to wider student recruitment initiatives and projects as required.

Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
