Projectmanager Turnkey De renovatie van beroemde hotels, de inrichting van grote kantoren of complexe utiliteitsgebouwen. Stuk voor stuk interessante uitdagingen op het gebied van inkoop, planning, budget en regelgeving die je vanuit de rol van Projectmanager maar al te graag aangaat. Vanaf de start tot de sleuteloverdracht neem jij de verantwoordelijkheid en ga je af op een succesvol eindresultaat.

Wat ga je doen? Als projectmanager Turnkey breng jij unieke en complexe projecten tot een succes. Jij weet als geen ander dat tijd, budget, regelgeving en de wensen van de klant daarbij een belangrijke rol spelen. Veelal gaat het om opdrachten waarbij details in de afbouw belangrijk zijn, de locatie uitdaagt, de business van de opdrachtgever door moet gaan en er veel uitdagingen zijn op het gebied van esthetische wensen, het afwerkingsniveau en de verfijnde detaillering. Daar staat tegenover dat je samenwerkt met kundige collega’s en de mooiste materialen. Veel van jouw projecten staan in de spotlights; denk aan luxe hotels, overheidsgebouwen of kantoorpanden met een hoge afwerking en voor bekende namen. Je werkt zelfstandig en krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid en de leiding bij projecten. Tegelijkertijd kun je bouwen op de jarenlange ervaring van je Gielissen collega’s en netwerk. Vanaf de start word je betrokken bij nieuwe projecten. Jouw advies, op basis van je kennis en ervaring, bepaalt mede of we een project starten of niet.

Wat krijg je van ons? Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid in een team in opbouw, waarbij jij de leiding neemt in de mooiste projecten. Daarnaast bieden we je:

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen de € 4.250,- en de € 7.000,- dat past bij jouw kennis, ervaring en Gielissen als toonaangevende werkgever in de interieurbranche.
  • Een leaseauto of mobiliteitsbudget op basis van ons leasebeleid.
  • 24 vakantie- en 12 atv-dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband waarvan max 5 dagen collectief ingepland tussen kerst & oud en nieuw.
  • Een laptop en smartphone van de zaak (of maandelijkse vergoeding als je liever je eigen telefoon gebruikt).
  • Een jaarcontract, met de intentie om hier een vast dienstverband van te maken.
  • De mogelijkheid om thuis te werken en jouw werkuren flexibel in te delen.
  • Een goede pensioenregeling, wij betalen de helft van je pensioenpremies.

Wat breng je mee? Jouw ervaring helpt je om de projecten te managen. Je kunt een team aansturen en goed organiseren en snapt wat er komt kijken bij complexe, multidisciplinaire bouwprojecten met input vanuit externe leveranciers. Jij houdt van overzicht en hebt continue actueel welke deadlines en regels van belang zijn. Jouw communicatie en informatie is pro-actief, efficiënt en transparant. Je draagt zorg voor een grote mate van in- en externe klanttevredenheid over zowel het proces als het eindresultaat.

Verder heb je:

  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het succesvol aansturen van kleine en grote utilitaire (af)bouwprojecten.
  • Werk- en denkniveau op hbo-niveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van bouw of installatietechniek.
  • Kennis van planningsmethoden, financieel beheer, bestek en begroting en van LEAN-methodieken en van VGM en ISO9001
  • Communicatieve vaardigheid in het Nederlands én Engels, in woord en geschrift.

Jouw team Gielissen heeft verschillende kantoren in Nederland, waaronder in Amsterdam, Eindhoven en Helmond. Jouw werkplek is veelal de projectlocatie, en je treft je directe collega’s op een van onze kantoren. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Manager Turnkey en werkt in projectteams. Ook werk je nauw samen met Gielissen Interiors in Helmond en vaak met wel 30 onderaannemers, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.

Jouw team is onderdeel van Gielissen Interiors | Exhibitions | Events, dat al 90 jaar met een team van ruim 400 medewerkers onvergetelijke ontmoetingen, verhalen en merkbelevingen creëert. Dat doen we voor, door en met onze aansprekende klanten. Dit doen we in Nederland vanuit de vestigingen in Amsterdam, Eindhoven en Helmond. En internationaal vanuit Duitsland, België, het Verenigd Koninkrijk, de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten en de Verenigde Staten. Gielissen hoort bij de top van Europa.
