Stell dir ein Hotel kurz vor der Eröffnung vor. Die Möbel sind geliefert, die letzten Gewerke räumen ab, und die Kund*innen gehen zum ersten Mal durch die fertigen Zimmer. Als Senior Projektleiter (m/w/d) in Langenhagen bei Hannover hast du dieses Projekt vom Kick-off an gesteuert, und dieser Moment gehört auch dir.

Dein Profil:

  • Du hast Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder ein vergleichbares technisches Fach studiert oder dir eine entsprechende Qualifikation in der Praxis erarbeitet.
  • Du hast mehrere größere GU- oder Innenausbauprojekte als verantwortliche Projektleitung umgesetzt, idealerweise im Millionenbereich.
  • Du bringst tiefes technisches Know-how im Innenausbau mit und weißt, wo an den Schnittstellen zwischen Gewerken die Risiken liegen.
  • Du behältst auch in komplexen Projekten den strategischen Überblick und kannst dich in Verhandlungen gut durchsetzen.
  • Du möchtest perspektivisch Führungsverantwortung übernehmen.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch. Englisch ist sehr wünschenswert, weil du mit internationalen Kund*innen und Kolleg*innen zusammenarbeitest.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du führst GU- und Innenausbauprojekte mit einem Volumen von meist 2,5 bis 5 Millionen Euro, zum Beispiel für Hotels, nachhaltige Bürowelten oder Museen. Deine Projekte liegen nicht nur rund um Hannover, sondern auch in Hamburg und Berlin. An vier Tagen pro Woche bist du vor Ort. Du berichtest direkt an unser Operations Management und entwickelst gemeinsam die Projektprozesse weiter. Perspektivisch übernimmst du Führungsverantwortung und baust ein eigenes Team in der Projektabwicklung auf.

Das bedeutet unter anderem:

  • Das eigenverantwortliche Führen deiner Projekte von der Planungsphase bis zur Übergabe an die Kund*innen.
  • Das Aufstellen deines Projektteams und das Abstimmen aller internen und externen Beteiligten.
  • Das Moderieren von Bau- und Projektbesprechungen mit Bauherren, Architekt*innen und Nachunternehmern.
  • Das Überwachen von Budget, Terminplan und Ausführungsqualität, inklusive frühzeitigem Erkennen von Risiken.
  • Das Mitverantworten der Arbeitssicherheit auf der Baustelle und das Einbringen nachhaltiger Materialien und Lösungen.
  • Das Weiterentwickeln unserer Projektprozesse gemeinsam mit dem Operations Management.

Gielissen gestaltet seit fast 90 Jahren Räume, die inspirieren, für eine gehobene, internationale Kundschaft.
