核心职责​ 1.流程优化：建立并优化项目管理流程（需求对接、研发推进、交付验收），提升项目交付效率与团队协作效率；​ 2.风险管控：识别项目推进过程中的技术风险、资源风险、进度风险，制定应急预案并落地解决，确保项目顺利推进；​ 3.客户沟通：作为客户与研发团队的核心桥梁，同步项目进度、协调需求变更，管理客户期望，保障客户沟通顺畅；​ 4.项目落地：制定项目计划与里程碑，统筹协调研发、产品、销售等跨部门资源，推动项目从需求到交付的全流程闭环。​

1.本科及以上学历，项目管理、计算机、自动化等相关专业，3-5 年科技类项目（优先自动驾驶 / AI / 仿真产品）管理经验；​ 2.持有 PMP 证书者优先，熟悉敏捷项目管理方法（Scrum/Kanban），能熟练使用项目管理工具（Jira、Confluence）；​ 3.具备极强的风险识别与解决能力、跨团队协调能力，能有效推动复杂项目落地；​ 优秀的沟通表达与谈判能力，能精准把握客户需求与团队资源，平衡项目各方利益；​ 4.抗压能力强，有To B 行业项目交付经验者优先。
