Gigalogyでは、バックオフィス業務の仕組み化・最適化を推進し、組織拡大に耐えうる体制の構築を目指して、オペレーションメンバーを募集しています。会社全体を支えていきながら、採用・労務など人事の枠だけではなく、社員が働きやすい環境を整えながら、能動的に問題解決を目指せる方のご応募をお待ちしています。

お仕事内容：

ご経験に応じて、以下の業務をお任せします。

  • 採用 (メディア管理、面接対応など)
  • 採用・組織拡大に伴うオペレーション設計
  • 労務対応 (勤怠管理、官公庁への届出対応、外国人材のビザ取得対応など)
  • 庶務業務 (入退社手続きなど)
  • 社内イベント管理 (企画、運用、メディア発信) など
  • その他

資格

必須条件：

  • バックオフィス領域での実務経験（業種不問、2年以上が望ましい）
  • 変化の多い環境に柔軟に対応できる方
  • 率先して行動し問題解決できる方
  • 素直に物事が吸収できる方
  • 人とのコミュニケーションが好きな方
