求人内容

Gigalogyでは、技術と顧客体験の架け橋となるSolution Engineerを募集しています。顧客の声を直接聞き、課題を特定し、開発チームと連携して最適なソリューションを構築・提供する重要な役割です。顧客とのミーティングに参加し、技術的な観点から製品を説明することで、信頼関係の構築と顧客満足度の向上に貢献していただきます。

お仕事内容：

  • 開発チームとカスタマーサクセスチームの橋渡し役として、顧客の課題を特定し、解決策を提案・構築する
  • 顧客とのミーティングに技術担当として参加し、当社製品の技術的な説明や質疑応答を行う
  • APIやWebアプリケーションの仕組みを理解し、顧客への導入サポートやカスタマイズを行う
  • 顧客からの技術的なフィードバックを開発チームに共有し、製品の改善に貢献する
  • 技術的なドキュメントの作成および更新

資格

必須条件：

  • ソリューションエンジニア、テクニカルサポート、または同様の役割での経験（2年以上が望ましい）
  • APIやWebアプリケーションの基礎知識がある方
  • 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと問題解決能力
  • 自律的に動ける方で、複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる方
  • ビジネスレベルの日本語能力（N2相当以上）
  • 英語でのコミュニケーション能力がある方は歓迎

  • クラウドサービスやSaaS製品に関する知識
  • データ分析やAI技術に興味がある方
  • 技術的なプレゼンテーションやデモの経験
