🧠Obowiązki:

  • rekrutacja do zespołu promotorów,
  • onboarding i offboarding,
  • prowadzenie dokumentacji rekrutacyjnej,
  • szkolenie pracowników,
  • dbanie o pozytywny wizerunek Gigantów,
  • pozyskiwanie nowych partnerów na akcje,
  • kontakt ze szkołami podstawowymi,
  • ścisła współpraca z różnymi działami,
  • realizacja KPI,
  • inne zlecone działania przez przełożonego.

🧠Wymagania:

  • doświadczenie w pracy związanej z HR,
  • doświadczenie w prowadzeniu dokumentacji HR,
  • wysoka komunikatywność,
  • prowadzenie szkoleń online,
  • nastawienie na pracę z ludźmi,
  • empatia i chęć do rozmów z ludźmi,
  • samodzielność w działaniu,
  • nastawienie na cel.

Dodatkowym atutem będą:

  • doświadczenie w sprzedaży,
  • doświadczenie w pracy z klientem biznesowym,
  • doświadczenie pracy w sektorze edukacyjnym.
