Coordinar, supervisar y gestionar las estrategias pedagógicas y operativas de los componentes de: trabajo de campo, sensibilización, difusión y capacitación, de los proyectos gestionados por el área, garantizando el cumplimiento de los lineamientos contractuales, indicadores de calidad, normativas vigentes y metas comerciales establecidas por la empresa.

Profesional Titulado en Educación, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o Negocios, Comunicación Social, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ciencias Sociales o afines.

What you will do

Diseñar y planificar el desarrollo de las actividades y la ejecución de acuerdo con las obligaciones contractuales (Expedientes técnicos, TDR, RFP, PO, Negociaciones, etc.) y cronogramas establecidos para actividades de trabajo de campo, sensibilización, difusión, capacitación y otras asociadas que se requiera para los diversos Proyectos.

Coordinar, con el equipo técnico – pedagógico de los distintos proyectos para organizar, realizar seguimiento y cumplimiento de las obligaciones contractuales y SLA (niveles de servicio) por parte de los proveedores u otros actores vinculados, asignados en las diversas gestiones de los distintos componentes o proyectos asignados.

Asegurar/Plantear Kpis e indicadores que permitan realizar el seguimiento oportuno de las funciones internas, de proveedores u otros actores vinculados a los proyectos.

Elaborar informes, respuestas a oficios y cartas que deben presentarse en los diversos Proyectos. Velar por contar con los sustentos o probatorios de requerirse.

Elaborar informes, propuestas de mejora y/o modelos de gestión para la ejecución de actividades y retroalimentación de estas. Realizar presentaciones para jefatura y gerencia.

Coordinar con áreas internas y actores externos (Clientes, gobiernos locales, UGEL, entre otros)

Hacer seguimiento normativo y técnico a los lineamientos y actualizaciones de los distintos proyectos vinculados a la empresa.

Realizar seguimiento de las liquidaciones sobre los servicios asignados a los proveedores, conociendo estatus del flujo hasta la liquidación.

Asegurar y controlar la gestión informacional de seguimiento y evaluación (traking) de los procesos del área.

Requirements

Experiencia en cargo de coordinador o analista senior o especialista o consultor de servicios en proyectos de inversión pública para programas de cierre de brechas u otros definidos a nivel sectorial (ministerios) y/o privados. Prioridad en etapas de ejecución de expediente.

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión, seguimiento y monitoreo de proyectos

Experiencia mínima de 2 año en gestión/coordinación de trabajo de campo, capacitación, sensibilización o difusión con entidades de Gobierno.

De preferencia con experiencia en gestión de proyectos educativos para la promoción y uso de las TIC en zonas rurales.

Deseable en proceso bajo enfoque por competencias.
