Misión:

Elaborar, validar y optimizar los diseños de redes FTTH (Fiber to the Home), asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de ingeniería, normativas de calidad y lineamientos de la industria, con el fin de garantizar soluciones viables técnica y económicamente que permitan una implementación eficiente y sostenible de la red de fibra óptica y de energía.

Who we are looking for

  • Titulado/ Bachiller en Telecomunicaciones, Electrónica, Electricista, Civil o afines.
  • Conocimiento en Diseño de Redes FTTH o Planta Externa (P.E.)., Instalaciones Eléctricas y Sistemas Puesta a Tierra.
  • Conocimiento sobre mediciones y protocolos de aceptación para aceptación de FTTH.

What you will do

  • Elaboración de diseños de red FTTH (planos de planta externa e interna) utilizando las herramientas, normas establecidas y manuales de instalación internos.
  • Validar el dimensionamiento de red (cálculo de capacidad, rutas de fibra, splitters, cajas terminales y ODFs) elaborado por los contratistas.
  • Coordinar con las contratistas para resolver interferencias o ajustes de diseño en campo.
  • Verificar metrados y cómputos de materiales (BOM) en base a los diseños elaborados por el contratista.
  • Controlar el avance y la calidad de los entregables técnicos de los diferentes proyectos (planos, bases de datos, reportes, as-built).
  • Participar en reuniones técnicas con el cliente, áreas internas y contratistas.
  • Elaboración y revisión de Expedientes para permisos municipales, eléctricos.

Requirements

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en diseño, planificación o supervisión de redes FTTH o planta externa de fibra óptica.
  • Verificaciones de Instalaciones Eléctricas internas.
  • Experiencia en manejo de herramientas de diseño como AutoCAD, QGIS o similares.
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos PRONATEL, FITEL, o clientes privados del sector telecomunicaciones.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y realizar validaciones en campo.
  • Manejo de bases de datos técnicas y elaboración de planos As-Built.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, y Power BI.
