Liderar la implementación de los proyectos de telecomunicaciones, definiendo los alcances con las empresas contratistas, planificando y evaluando los cronogramas, gestionando los riesgos de las actividades de campo y asegurando el cumplimiento de los indicadores de implementación. Establecer los lineamientos de aseguramiento de la calidad y gestionar los recursos humanos asignados al proyecto, articulando con las áreas internas y terceros involucrados para cumplir los objetivos de alcance, plazo, costo y calidad, y lograr el cierre satisfactorio del proyecto.

Who we are looking for

05 años de experiencia en implementación de proyectos de telecomunicaciones, infraestructura o redes, incluyendo experiencia en definición de alcances, planificación y control de cronogramas, gestión de riesgos, indicadores, aseguramiento de la calidad, dirección de contratistas y liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios propios y externos.

What you will do

Definir y acordar con las empresas contratistas el alcance de los trabajos, entregables, responsabilidades, criterios de aceptación y restricciones de la implementación.

Liderar la planificación integral de la implementación y evaluar los cronogramas de contratistas, considerando hitos, dependencias, recursos, productividad y restricciones de campo.

Elaborar, actualizar y gestionar la matriz de riesgos de las actividades de campo, definiendo responsables, medidas preventivas y acciones de respuesta.

Definir, implementar y efectuar el seguimiento de indicadores de implementación relacionados con avance físico, productividad, calidad, cumplimiento de hitos, observaciones y cierre documental.

Elaborar y asegurar la aplicación de lineamientos, procedimientos, controles y criterios de aceptación para el aseguramiento de la calidad de los trabajos y entregables.

Gestionar el recurso humano dedicado al proyecto, definiendo estructura, roles, responsabilidades, carga de trabajo, prioridades y necesidades de desarrollo.

Dirigir, coordinar y controlar el desempeño de las empresas contratistas, verificando el cumplimiento de alcance, cronograma, calidad, seguridad, costos y compromisos contractuales.

Coordinar con Ingeniería, PMO, Compras, Logística, Liquidaciones, Mantenimiento, Seguridad y demás áreas involucradas la atención de dependencias, restricciones y decisiones del proyecto.

Dirigir el seguimiento de pruebas, aceptación, cierre documental, valorizaciones y liquidación de los trabajos implementados.

Requirements

Titulado o Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Electrónica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Civil o carreras afines. Deseable especialización en Gestión de Proyectos, Operaciones, Calidad o Telecomunicaciones.
