Objetivo do cargo

Atuar na análise, organização e acompanhamento das informações comerciais, apoiando os gerentes comerciais na gestão da rentabilidade dos contratos, identificação de oportunidades, acompanhamento de custos e execução das ações necessárias para melhoria dos resultados, garantindo qualidade, organização, agilidade e confiabilidade nas informações utilizadas para tomada de decisão.

- Realizar análises de rentabilidade dos contratos e clientes, identificando desvios, oportunidades e pontos de atenção;

- Atualizar e aprimorar simuladores e ferramentas de análise comercial;

- Simular impactos de alterações de preços, custos, mix, consumo e demais variáveis comerciais;

- Identificar oportunidades de substituição, adequação ou melhoria do mix de produtos;

- Acompanhar evolução de custos e seus impactos na rentabilidade dos contratos;

- Apoiar a organização e gestão da agenda de renovações e oportunidades comerciais;

- Atualizar e organizar informações relacionadas aos clientes e contratos;

- Comparar resultado realizado versus expectativa ou cenário projetado;

- Padronizar relatórios, controles e metodologias de análise;

Formação

Ensino superior cursando / completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas.

Conhecimentos técnicos

- Excel avançado, incluindo: PROCX, funções condicionais, tabelas dinâmicas, criação de simuladores, análise de cenários, construção de controles e indicadores.

- Experiência prática em gestão de indicadores comerciais e CRM;

- Conhecimento de conceitos de margem, rentabilidade, custo, preço e formação de preço;

- Conhecimento em Power BI, estatística aplicada, modelos de previsão, e automação de processos e relatórios será um diferencial;

Competências comportamentais

- Raciocínio analítico e capacidade de interpretação de dados;

- Organização e disciplina para acompanhamento de grande volume de demandas;

- Senso de prioridade;

- Atenção aos detalhes;

- Capacidade de identificar problemas e propor soluções;

- Boa comunicação com áreas comerciais e administrativas;
