Estamos buscando um(a) Coordenador(a) de Compras Abastecimento para atuar em um importante projeto de estruturação e transformação da área.

O profissional terá como principal desafio estruturar a operação de Compras/Supply, realizando o diagnóstico dos processos atuais, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e implementando processos, indicadores e práticas que contribuam para maior eficiência no abastecimento e disponibilidade dos produtos.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Estruturar e desenvolver a área de Compras/ Supply Chain;
  • Mapear processos atuais, identificar gaps e propor melhorias;
  • Desenvolver e implementar processos, indicadores e rotinas de Compras/ Supply;
  • Atuar no planejamento de demanda e abastecimento;
  • Monitorar estoque, cobertura, giro, rupturas, excessos e nível de serviço;
  • Acompanhar pedidos, lead time e entregas dos fornecedores;
  • Definir e acompanhar necessidades de compra e reposição;
  • Atuar na priorização de demandas críticas e situações emergenciais;
  • Desenvolver a interface entre Supply, Compras, Comercial e Logística;
  • Avaliar e propor melhorias em sistemas e parametrizações;
  • Dimensionar a estrutura da equipe de acordo com as necessidades da operação;
  • Liderar, desenvolver e acompanhar a equipe;
  • Construir planos de curto, médio e longo prazo para evolução da área;
  • Conduzir projetos de melhoria e transformação de processos.

Requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Engenharia, Logística, Supply Chain ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Experiência sólida em Supply Chain, Abastecimento, Planejamento de Demanda ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com gestão de estoque e planejamento de abastecimento;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores de Supply Chain;
  • Experiência com gestão de equipes;
  • Conhecimento em processos de compras, fornecedores e logística;
  • Perfil analítico e visão sistêmica;
  • Experiência com estruturação, implantação ou transformação de processos.

Será considerado diferencial:

  • Experiência em empresas de distribuição;
  • Atuação com grande volume de SKUs;
  • Experiência com múltiplos fornecedores;
  • Vivência em projetos de estruturação ou implantação de áreas de Supply;
  • Conhecimento de sistemas/ERP e parametrização de processos de abastecimento.
