Garantir a disponibilidade, segurança, conservação e adequado funcionamento das instalações, equipamentos e sistemas prediais, atuando na manutenção preventiva, corretiva e preditiva, bem como no acompanhamento de serviços realizados por empresas terceirizadas.

Atividades:

  • Executar e acompanhar atividades de manutenção preventiva e corretiva nas instalações prediais;
  • Realizar inspeções periódicas, identificando falhas, anomalias e necessidades de intervenção;
  • Atuar em sistemas elétricos, hidráulicos, civis, climatização e demais sistemas e equipamentos prediais, dentro de sua qualificação técnica;
  • Diagnosticar problemas, propor soluções e acompanhar a execução dos reparos;
  • Realizar pequenos reparos e ajustes de manutenção predial;
  • Acompanhar prestadores de serviços e empresas terceirizadas, verificando a qualidade e conformidade dos serviços executados;
  • Apoiar o planejamento e o cumprimento do cronograma de manutenção preventiva;
  • Registrar serviços realizados, ocorrências, materiais utilizados e necessidades de manutenção;
  • Controlar e solicitar materiais, ferramentas e insumos necessários para execução dos serviços;
  • Apoiar a gestão de chamados e ordens de serviço;
  • Zelar pela organização, limpeza e segurança das áreas e ferramentas de trabalho;
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos de segurança, normas técnicas e requisitos legais aplicáveis;
  • Comunicar imediatamente situações que possam representar risco às pessoas, instalações ou operação.
