Gire Mobility er en transportplatform i fuld udvikling på tværs af Danmark, Norge, Sverige og Holland. Vi hjælper virksomheder med at få flyttet biler smartere, hurtigere og mere effektivt, og vi leder efter en praktikant, der vil være med til at optimere den måde, vi driver vores operation på.

Som praktikant i vores Operations Team kommer du helt tæt på den daglige drift. Du kommer til at arbejde med logistik, ruteoptimering, kapacitet, data, kvalitet og processer. Kort sagt: alt det der gør, at vi kan eksekvere mange ture om dagen uden at miste overblikket.

Det her er en praktikplads for dig, der synes det er spændende at forstå, hvorfor noget går galt, hvordan det kan gøres bedre, og hvordan man bygger processer, der rent faktisk virker i virkeligheden.

I rollen vil du blive en del af det danske team og rapportere til Danmarks Operations Manager.

Det du arbejder med

Du kommer blandt andet til at arbejde med:

Planlægning og koordinering af transportopgaver på tværs af Danmark

Logistik og optimering af ruter, kapacitet og eksekvering

Analyse af driftsdata, performance, kvalitet og flaskehalse

Forbedring af interne processer, arbejdsgange og overblik

Support til Operations-teamet i den daglige drift

Opfølgning på forsinkelser, kvalitet og gennemførte opgaver

Udvikling af simple dashboards, rapporter eller strukturer, der gør driften nemmere at styre

Idéer til hvordan vi kan automatisere, effektivisere og skalere vores setup

Vi forestiller os at du

Læser logistik, supply chain, operations management, business, data, innovation eller lignende

Kan være tilgængelig minimum 25 timer om ugen

Har interesse for logistik, optimering og drift

Kan lide at arbejde struktureret og få ting til at hænge sammen

Har flair for tal, data, Excel, Google Sheets eller systemer

Trives i et miljø hvor tingene går stærkt

Tør tage ansvar og komme med forslag til forbedringer

Har kørekort, men det er en fordel og ikke et krav

Har lyst til at arbejde tæt på en operation, hvor dine løsninger kan mærkes hurtigt
