Du möchtest mit kreativen Marketingmaßnahmen die Awareness und die Durchdringungsquote der zukunftssicheren Glasfasertechnologie vorantreiben und einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Digitalisierung leisten? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Junior Marketing Manager/in (m/w/d).

Sei ab sofort für unseren Standort in Oldenburg dabei.

Das machst Du bei uns:

  • Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von zielgerichteten Marketingkampagnen (online und offline) zur Steigerung der Markenbekanntheit, Awareness der Glasfasertechnologie und der Take-Up Rate von Glasfaseranschlüssen auf dem Netz der Glasfaser NordWest
  • Kampagnenanalyse und Erfolgskontrolle auf Basis relevanter Marketing-KPIs und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
  • Konzeption und Umsetzung von Vertriebs- und Marketingunterlagen
  • Organisation von Veranstaltungen, Messen und Kundenaktionen inkl. Bereitstellung von Werbemitteln
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister, wie Kreativ-Agenturen und anderer Marketing- & Vertriebspartner
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Unternehmenskommunikation

Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Betriebswirtschaft, eine marketingrelevante Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in einer Werbeagentur oder im Marketing eines Unternehmens, idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Telekommunikationsbranche
  • Du besitzt konzeptionelles und projektorientiertes Denkvermögen und bist in der Lage, komplexe Informationen verständlich und zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten
  • Du hast erste Kenntnisse im digitalen Marketing sowie in Social Media, Content-Marketing und Performance-Marketing
  • Dein Umgang mit MS Office ist sicher und du hast bereits erste Erfahrungen mit Content-Management Systemen, Marketing- und Analyse-Tools gesammelt
  • Dich zeichnen Kreativität, Kommunikationsstärke und Eigeninitiative aus
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und analytisch
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit
