Das machst Du bei uns:

  • Du bist fester Bestandteil des Teams „Kundenservice und Kommunikation“ und unterstützt die Product Owner im Tagesgeschäft
  • Du konfigurierst Atlassian Produkte und erstellst Bedienungshilfen
  • Du optimierst Geschäftsprozesse durch gezielte Automatisierungen
  • Du bist für die Dokumentation von entwickelten Prozessen zuständig
  • Du bearbeitest standardisierte, interne Service-Anfragen bezüglich der Konfiguration unserer Atlassian-Systeme in Jira und Confluence
  • Du bist für die Anpassung von Filtern, Dashboards und Schemes für unsere Applikationen Jira Software und Jira Service Management zuständig

Folgendes solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Du befindest dich derzeit in einem Studium mit IT-Schwerpunkt
  • Du hast bestenfalls bereits Erfahrungen mit Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Tools gemacht
  • Du bringst die Motivation mit, Dich in Richtung IT und agiler Prozessgestaltung weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du hast gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und hattest bereits Berührungspunkte mit der Programmiersprache Java
  • Du hast zwischen 16 und 20 Stunden pro Woche Zeit um zu arbeiten
  • Deine Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von hoher Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Du bist engagiert und hast eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
