À propos de nous : Proxinvest est une société de conseil qui accompagne les investisseurs de l’ISR (sociétés de gestion d’actifs, caisses de pension, institutions financières) dans leur politique de vote et d’engagement. Notre mission est d’émettre des recommandations de vote aux AGs des sociétés cotées, afin de promouvoir les meilleures pratiques de l’ESG (plus précisément de gouvernance d’entreprise) et de protéger les intérêts des actionnaires minoritaires.

Nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs stagiaires analystes ESG pour un stage de 4 mois au sein de notre pôle Gouvernance et notre pôle Orientations de vote personnalisées commençant dès début février 2027. En nous rejoignant, vous serez amenés à exprimer une opinion indépendante sur les sociétés cotées et sur les résolutions soumises au vote des actionnaires en assemblée générale.

Notre offre de stage : 4 mois à compter de début-février 2027 Bac +4 ou +5 Profil recherché :

  • Etudiant(e) en master d’une école de commerce, Institut d’Études Politiques, ou Master en Finance, Droit des sociétés ou Gestion, RSE/Finance Durable
  • Appétence et connaissances en gouvernance d’entreprise, analyse financière, juridique, ESG ou ISR
  • Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles et sens du détail
  • Organisé(e) et rigoureux(se), vous faites preuve d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de synthèse tout en respectant les délais impartis
  • Maitrise du français (langue maternelle ou C2) et de l’anglais

Vos missions :

  • Collecte et traitement des informations publiées par les entreprises (structure actionnariale, composition des conseils, politiques de rémunérations, informations financières et extra-financières)
  • Rédaction de rapport de recherche (pôle Gouvernance)
  • Emission de recommandations de vote relatives aux assemblées générales de sociétés cotées selon la politique de vote de Proxinvest sur le périmètre France (pôle Gouvernance) ou de nos clients sur le périmètre France / Europe / International (pôle Orientations de vote personnalisées)
  • Participation au dialogue avec les directions des sociétés cotées sur leur gouvernance et les résolutions présentées à leur assemblée générale
  • Contribution à des projets de recherche sur diverses thématiques ESG et plus particulièrement de gouvernance
