SOBRE EL EQUIPO

Buscamos un/a Account Manager de Banca para impulsar el crecimiento de Glintt Next en el sector bancario español. Será responsable del desarrollo de negocio y la gestión de cuentas estratégicas, participando además en la creación de nuevas ofertas y soluciones adaptadas a los retos del sector financiero.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Serás el punto de referencia para nuestros clientes del sector bancario, construyendo relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo.

- Detectarás nuevas oportunidades de negocio y trabajarás para convertirlas en proyectos de valor.

- Diseñarás propuestas junto a nuestros equipos técnicos y acompañarás todo el proceso de preventa.

- Impulsarás la apertura de nuevas cuentas y el crecimiento de nuestra presencia en la banca española.

- Nos ayudarás a construir nuevas ofertas y soluciones adaptadas a los retos actuales del sector financiero.

- Colaborarás con diferentes equipos de Glintt Next para hacer crecer nuestra práctica de Banca en España.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Que conozcas bien el sector bancario y entiendas sus retos, necesidades y oportunidades.

- Que cuentes con experiencia en desarrollo de negocio, venta consultiva y/o preventa dentro de Banca.

- Que te muevas con soltura en el mercado bancario español y tengas experiencia relacionándote con interlocutores sénior.

- Que seas capaz de transformar una necesidad de negocio en una propuesta de valor atractiva, trabajando de la mano de equipos técnicos.

- Que tengas conocimiento funcional de ámbitos como pagos, crédito y riesgos, core banking, canales digitales, KYC/PBC, compliance u operaciones.

- Que tengas un perfil autónomo, proactivo, orientado a resultados y con ganas de construir y hacer crecer negocio.
