Estamos buscando un/a API Governance Architect (REST & Event-Driven) para unirse al equipo de Glintt Next, participando en iniciativas estratégicas que conectan negocio, arquitectura y tecnología en uno de nuestros clientes líderes del sector bancario.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Liderando y velando la definición y evolución del modelo de gobierno de APIs REST y Event-Driven, estableciendo las reglas, estándares y buenas prácticas bajo las que se diseñan, publican, consumen y mantienen APIs y eventos en la organización.

- Definiendo y aplicando mecanismos para garantizar la calidad y consistencia de las APIs, mediante controles, scoring y validaciones automatizadas.

- Impulsando la automatización del gobierno, integrando controles y políticas dentro de los procesos de CI/CD.

- Gestionando y evolucionando catálogos, dominios e inventarios de APIs y eventos, garantizando su trazabilidad y correcta clasificación.

- Estableciendo criterios y políticas de seguridad, control de acceso, auditoría, trazabilidad y observabilidad para APIs y eventos.

- Definiendo estándares y buenas prácticas para soluciones REST y Event-Driven (EDA), contribuyendo también al modelado y definición de APIs, eventos y contratos.

- Actuando como nexo entre negocio, arquitectura, seguridad y equipos tecnológicos, trasladando necesidades de negocio a estándares y soluciones técnicamente viables.

- Promoviendo las APIs como habilitadores de negocio e impulsando la adopción de arquitecturas Event-Driven mediante workshops, sesiones de evangelización y acompañamiento a los equipos.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Experiencia sólida en API Governance, así como también en el diseño y definición de APIs REST y asíncronas, así como en documentación de contratos mediante Swagger/OpenAPI y AsyncAPI 2.x/3.x.

- Conocimiento de esquemas de datos Avro y experiencia o conocimientos en Event Storming para el modelado de eventos.

- Sólido conocimiento de arquitecturas Event-Driven (EDA).

- Experiencia con controles de calidad, scoring y validaciones automatizadas aplicados al gobierno de APIs.

- Conocimientos de CI/CD y automatización.

- Experiencia o conocimientos en seguridad de APIs y eventos: OAuth, JWT, IAM Policies, IdP, mTLS, certificados, cifrado y ACLs.

- Conocimientos de auditoría, trazabilidad, event lineage y observabilidad.

- Conocimiento de arquitectura BIAN.

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma transversal con equipos de negocio y tecnología, con buenas habilidades de comunicación e interlocución.
