SOBRE EL PUESTO

Buscamos incorporar un/a IT Helpdesk para incorporarse en a Alpes, empresa perteneciente a Glintt Life, para dar soporte y acompañamiento a farmacias del País Vasco. Serás un punto de apoyo fundamental para los usuarios del software, ayudando a resolver consultas, incidencias y necesidades operativas tanto de forma remota como presencial.

¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA?

- Atenderás y darás soporte telefónico a usuarios del programa Farmatic en su actividad diaria.

- Resolverás consultas funcionales e incidencias mediante herramientas de soporte remoto.

- Realizarás visitas puntuales presenciales a oficinas de farmacia cuando la situación requiera una intervención in situ.

- Acompañarás a los usuarios en el uso de la herramienta, ofreciendo orientación y apoyo para garantizar un correcto funcionamiento.

- Trabajarás en coordinación con diferentes farmacias del territorio, adaptándote a sus procesos y necesidades específicas.

- Contribuirás a mantener un servicio cercano, ágil y de calidad, asegurando una excelente experiencia para las farmacias usuarias.

LO QUE BUSCAMOS

- Nivel de euskera que permita desenvolverse profesionalmente con usuarios y clientes.

- Disponibilidad para desplazarse dentro del País Vasco cuando el servicio lo requiera (se requiere carné de conducir).

- Disponibilidad para realizar jornada completa y participar en turnos de guardia entre semana y fines de semana.

- Capacidad de comunicación, orientación al servicio, organización y habilidades para la resolución de incidencias.

- Perfil responsable, adaptable y con facilidad para integrarse en diferentes equipos y entornos de trabajo.
