Como Performance & Engagement Technician farás parte da nossa equipa de People, contribuindo para a evolução da experiência dos colaboradores e para o desenvolvimento sustentável da organização, através da gestão de processos de performance, engagement, wellbeing e desenvolvimento de competências.

Sobre a role

- Coordenação dos ciclos de gestão de desempenho, apoiando líderes e colaboradores nos respetivos processos e ferramentas;

- Gestão de processos de auscultação e análise da experiência e engagement dos colaboradores;

- Implementação e acompanhamento de iniciativas de wellbeing e saúde organizacional;

- Gestão e evolução do modelo de competências da organização;

- Análise de dados de People, elaboração de reportes e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria.

Que skills procuramos?

- Licenciatura ou superior;

- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional em Recursos Humanos;

- Domínio sólido de pelo menos 3 dos 5 macroprocessos: Performance, Engagement, Wellbeing, Competências e People Analytics;

- Pensamento analítico e orientação para processos;

- Boa capacidade de comunicação, organização e gestão de prioridades;

- Espanhol e/ou Inglês.
