SOBRE EL EQUIPO

En Glintt Next buscamos un/a Arquitecto/a de Soluciones para incorporarse a un proyecto de gran impacto dentro de Banco Sabadell, participando en iniciativas clave de transformación tecnológica y evolución de la arquitectura corporativa.

Tendrás un papel estratégico en el diseño de soluciones digitales que darán soporte a procesos críticos del negocio bancario, trabajando en un entorno complejo, de alta exigencia tecnológica y con un elevado volumen transaccional.

Buscamos una persona con visión global, capaz de conectar negocio y tecnología, definiendo arquitecturas escalables, resilientes y seguras que impulsen la modernización de plataformas y la adopción de nuevos estándares arquitectónicos.

Trabajarás junto a equipos multidisciplinares de arquitectura empresarial, desarrollo, producto, seguridad e infraestructura, participando en la definición de decisiones tecnológicas que tendrán impacto directo en la evolución del banco.

SOBRE EL ROL

- Liderar el diseño de arquitecturas de solución end-to-end alineadas con la estrategia tecnológica y de negocio.

- Traducir requisitos funcionales y necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas escalables y sostenibles.

- Definir y gobernar arquitecturas basadas en APIs, microservicios y eventos.

- Garantizar los principios de seguridad, resiliencia, rendimiento y observabilidad en todas las soluciones.

- Participar en la toma de decisiones tecnológicas y en los comités de arquitectura.

- Asegurar la alineación con los estándares de Arquitectura Empresarial y los marcos de referencia corporativos.

- Impulsar la modernización tecnológica y la adopción de buenas prácticas arquitectónicas.

- Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares para garantizar la correcta implantación y evolución de las soluciones.
