Como Tech Lead ML/AI Engineering farás parte da nossa equipa de Data & AI onde os dados orientam as decisões. Especializados em avaliações de dados abrangentes, esta equipa garante uma governação, conformidade e uma qualidade de dados incomparável. A nossa equipa mapeia toda a jornada dos dados na cloud, desde informações brutas a insights acionáveis, criando produtos de dados personalizados. Com soluções de IA que abrangem desde insights de negócio a previsões, e expertise em gestão de cloud, garantimos que as empresas aproveitam todo o potencial dos seus dados.

Sobre a role

- Liderar tecnicamente o desenho e a implementação de soluções de ML/AI end‑to‑end, desde a definição do problema até ao deployment e monitorização em produção

- Definir arquiteturas e pipelines de Machine Learning, Computer Vision e Generative AI, incluindo RAG, embeddings e agentic systems

- Contribuir de forma hands‑on no desenvolvimento de modelos, feature engineering, training, validação e inference services

- Garantir boas práticas de engenharia, incluindo versionamento de modelos, experiment tracking, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD e observabilidade

- Trabalhar de forma próxima com Data Engineers, MLOps, Product e stakeholders de negócio, assegurando alinhamento técnico e funcional

- Apoiar contextos de pre‑sales e definição de soluções, contribuindo para propostas técnicas e estimativas

- Promover reutilização de componentes, criação de aceleradores e mentoria técnica das equipas

Que skills procuramos?

- Experiência sólida em projetos de ML/AI em ambiente produtivo

- Forte domínio de Python e do ecossistema de Machine Learning e Deep Learning

- Experiência prática com Generative AI, LLMs, RAG e pipelines baseados em agentes

- Conhecimentos em desenvolvimento de APIs, sistemas distribuídos e deploy em cloud

- Experiência com práticas de MLOps/LLMOps e lifecycle management de modelos

- Capacidade de liderança técnica, pensamento arquitetural e comunicação eficaz com equipas técnicas e não‑técnicas

Valorizamos ainda:

- Experiência com soluções de Computer Vision em produção

- Contacto com ferramentas como MLflow, Airflow, Kubeflow ou similares

- Experiência com multi‑agent systems e frameworks de orchestration

- Envolvimento na criação de reusable IP, aceleradores técnicos ou funções de pre‑sales
