1. 生产计划制定与下达：根据销售订单、库存情况、物料齐套情况及车间产能，编制生产计划并下达到相关车间，协调落实各阶段排产安排，保障生产工作有序推进； 2. 生产进度跟踪与异常协调：跟踪生产计划执行情况，及时掌握订单进度、产线负荷、完工情况及异常问题，协调生产、采购、仓储、质量等相关部门，推动问题及时解决，保障订单按期交付； 3. 生产资源统筹协调：结合生产需求，协调人力、设备、物料、产线等资源，提升资源利用效率，减少停线、缺料、排产冲突等问题； 4. 计划数据分析与报表维护：负责生产计划相关数据统计、报表整理和进度分析，及时输出生产进度、计划达成、订单交付等数据，为生产安排和管理决策提供支持； 5. 计划流程优化与标准化建设：参与生产计划流程优化、排产规则梳理、系统数据维护及跨部门协同机制建设，推动计划管理更加标准化、数据化、系统化。

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限；数学、统计学、工业工程、物流管理、管理科学与工程、供应链管理、理工类相关专业优先； 2. 具备较强的学习能力和逻辑思维能力，能够快速理解生产流程、产品结构和计划规则； 3. 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel 等办公软件，能够进行数据整理、分析和报表输出； 4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力，能够与销售、生产、采购、仓储、质量等部门协同推进工作； 5. 工作严谨细致，责任心强，执行力强，具备较好的抗压能力和问题解决能力。
