1. 本科及以上学历，会计学、财务管理、金融学、审计学等相关专业优先； 2. 专业基础扎实，熟悉会计法规及最新会计准则，掌握企业财务管理相关专业知识与实操技能； 3. 逻辑思维清晰，对数据敏感，做事严谨细致、责任心与原则性强； 4. 较强的沟通协调能力，良好的团队合作精神； 5. 有财务相关岗位实习经验、有ACCA/CIA/税务师/CFA/CPA证书者优先。
