1. “三废”处理与运行管理 负责公司废水、废气、固体废物（特别是危险废物） 处理设施的日常运行监控，确保处理设施稳定运行、达标排放。 针对化工厂常见的高浓度有机废水、含盐废水或酸碱废气，制定并优化工艺参数，解决现场技术问题。 负责危险废物的规范化管理，包括台账建立、转移联单填写、仓库管理及委外处置对接。 2. 环保合规与档案管理 跟踪国家及地方环保法律法规（特别是化工行业相关标准），确保公司排污许可、环境应急预案等证照齐全有效。 负责环保局各类平台的数据填报（如排污许可执行报告、季报/年报），整理归档环保检测报告、运维记录。 配合政府环保部门检查、督察（如中央环保督察回头看），准备相关资料并进行现场迎检讲解。 3. 新建/改造项目环保“三同时” 参与公司新建、技改项目（尤其是涉及危险化学品使用的项目）的环境影响评价工作。 跟进环保治理设施的选型、安装与调试，确保项目符合环保“三同时”要求。 4. 内部监督与应急响应 定期组织厂区环境风险排查（如跑冒滴漏检查、雨水口监测），监督车间合规排放。 参与编制环境应急预案，组织应急演练；发生环保异常时，第一时间到场处置并按程序上报

1.全日制本科及以上学历，环境工程、环境科学、化学工程与工艺等相关专业。 2.3-5年环保相关工作经验，最好其中至少2年化工、石化、制药或精细化工行业现场经验。
