Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a collaborative and dynamic emergency department team. With shared staffing across four hospital sitesincluding a Level I Trauma Center and multiple low-volume, community-based hospitalsthis role provides variety, clinical challenge, and excellent work-life balance. Practice Highlights:

  • Shared staffing across four sites: Level I Trauma Center Provisional Level III Trauma Center Community hospital with low-volume ED Critical access hospital with Level IV Trauma Center
  • On-site helipad for efficient patient transfers
  • Fully integrated Epic EMR system
  • 16+ specialty consults available at the Level I Trauma Center
  • 24/7 OB and Radiology coverage
  • Tele-neurology services at all sites
  • Open to FM Boarded and other non-EM Boarded physicians with emergency experience

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $323,000 $406,000
  • Choice of Incentives: $100,000 Starting Bonus, or $200,000 Student Loan Repayment
  • Annual performance bonuses
  • 272 hours of paid time off (PTO)

  • 403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match and age-based contributions
  • Malpractice insurance with tail coverage
  • Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
