We're Hiring: Application Consultant

Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: General Manager

Experience Required: 1+ years

Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

Join our growing team as an Application Consultant and take charge of end-to-end project implementation from pre-sales to post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales activities, product demonstrations, and develop winning technical proposals.
  • Manage project implementation, including requirement studies, training plans, UAT, and documentation.
  • Deliver post-sales support with a customer-centric approach to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners to drive successful project delivery.
  • Uphold company standards for HSE, QMS (ISO 9001), and customer communication best practices.

You'll Succeed In This Role If You Can

  • Create compelling demos and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support.
  • Monitor customer adoption and satisfaction post-implementation.
  • Provide feedback and continuous improvement suggestions to management.
  • Align with company HR, QHSE, and Customer Service policies.

️ Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience in application support or project delivery.
  • Strong project management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Confident in conducting product demos across multiple product lines.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
