Für unser globales Vertriebsprozess- und E-Commerce-Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Specialist Globales Sales Processes (f/m/d), der mit uns aktiv die Zukunft gestaltet.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Gestaltung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung globaler Vertriebsprozesse
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung globaler Standards sowie Best Practices
  • Fachliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-Key-User-Organisation
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unseres CRM-Systems
  • Mitwirkung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich Vertriebsprozesse

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit langjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Logistik oder vergleichbar)
  • Gutes Verständnis von globalen Vertriebs- und Auftragsprozessen in SAP SD sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Vertrieb
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen und funktionsübergreifenden Teams
  • Hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zielorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
