Ihre Aufgaben:

Dauer: 2 Jahre – mit dem Ziel der Übernahme

Wir bieten Ihnen ein individuell zugeschnittenes Nachwuchsfachkräfte Programm, in welchem Sie in verschiedenen Teams im Finanzbereich (Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung, Anlagenbuchhaltung, Treasury, Steuern usw.) innerhalb der Plansee Group mitarbeiten. An Ihrer Seite begleitet Sie ein:e Mentor:in und bereitet Sie auf die einzelnen Abschnitte vor.

  • Unterstützung bei nationalen und internationalen Projekten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung bei Digitalisierung und Automatisierung
  • Mitarbeit und Teilnahme an internen oder externen Schulungen, Seminaren und Workshops als begleitende Maßnahmen
  • Durchlaufen verschiedener Bereiche im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie gezielte Rotationen durch ausgewählte Unternehmensbereiche, um die Zusammenhänge und Geschäftsprozesse innerhalb der Plansee Group umfassend kennenzulernen
  • Mögliche Teilprojektübernahmen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Rechnungswesen/Steuerrecht/Controlling, o.ä.
  • Alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Matura-Abschluss und mehrjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch; SAP-Kenntnisse (Modul FI/CO) sind von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative sowie hohe Team- und Kommunikationskompetenzen
  • Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen

Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis in Österreich: Mindestentgelt lt. Kollektivvertrag IT (ST1) € 45.738,00 brutto / p.a. bei 14 Bezügen. Das tatsächliche Angebot berücksichtigt Marktpreise, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
