Turn data into insights that drive better decisions

Are you passionate about transforming complex data into clear, reliable and actionable insights? Do you enjoy combining technical Power BI expertise with close collaboration across business?

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Power BI Specialist to join our Analytics & PMO team within Integrated Planning.

In this role, you will help strengthen data-driven decision-making across Global Wind Service by developing reporting solutions, improving data quality and translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards, KPIs and insights.

You will report to the Head of Analytics & PMO and work closely with stakeholders across Integrated Planning, Operations, Sales, Finance, HR and IT.

About the Role

As our Power BI Specialist, you will take ownership of Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models used across the organization.

You will serve as a key collaboration partner between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, reliable and aligned with business needs. You will also contribute to the development of reporting standards, data governance and improved data quality across connected systems.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards and data models.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into effective reporting solutions, meaningful KPIs and clear data visualisations.
  • Connect, transform and integrate data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy, consistency and reliability.
  • Build and optimise DAX measures, Power Query transformations, semantic models and report performance.
  • Monitor and improve data quality, reporting standards and data governance.
  • Analyse business data to identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Support stakeholders through documentation, training, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of BI solutions.
  • Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs and identify opportunities for stronger reporting and data-driven decision-making.

About You

You combine strong technical capabilities with an analytical and structured approach. You pay close attention to detail and understand the importance of reliable data, while also being able to communicate complex information and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You are proactive, self-driven and comfortable collaborating across functions. You enjoy solving problems and continuously look for opportunities to improve reporting solutions, standards and processes.

You build strong working relationships, take responsibility for your deliverables and are motivated by turning data into meaningful business value.

We Expect That You Have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Two to four years of experience developing Power BI reports, dashboards and analytical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
  • Solid experience with DAX, Power Query, data modelling and semantic models.
  • A good understanding of data visualisation best practices.
  • Good SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and structured datasets.
  • The ability to analyse data and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

It Would Be an Advantage If You Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure or Dataverse.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, HR, Finance or resource-planning systems.
  • An understanding of data governance principles, KPI development and reporting standards.
  • Knowledge of Python, R or other analytical tools.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
