  • Identify and develop opportunities across technician supply, T&M and wind turbine services.
  • Lead negotiations for MSAs, framework agreements, work orders and commercial terms.
  • Develop competitive labor rates and commercially sustainable pricing.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance on proposals, tenders and successful project handovers.
  • Monitor commercial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.
  • Support the continued growth of our North American service business.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience within the wind industry, with strong market knowledge and an understanding of the North American wind sector.
  • Experience working with OEMs, wind farm owners/operators or specialist wind service providers.
  • Hands-on knowledge of T&M service or technician supply agreements.
  • Experience negotiating MSAs, framework agreements or similar commercial contracts.
  • Understanding of labor rates and the commercial drivers behind technician-based service delivery.
  • Proven ability to develop and grow strong, sustainable customer and vendor relationships.
  • Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across different levels of an organization.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Microsoft Project experience is an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
