Tus próximos desafíos 🚀

Este rol construye, escala y mantiene la plataforma de datos de Global66: los pipelines, modelos y procesos que sostienen la reportería ante los reguladores de Chile, Argentina y Colombia, los entregables cara al cliente como las cartolas, y las decisiones operativas y estratégicas de la compañía.

Las responsabilidades básicas del Data Engineer serán: 1. Responder de extremo a extremo por los pipelines que construye: diseño, pruebas, despliegue, monitoreo y corrección. 2. Asegurar la disponibilidad y la calidad de los datos de los dominios a su cargo, con validaciones implementadas y monitoreadas 3. Entregar los reportes normativos de su alcance dentro de la fecha de corte exigida por cada regulador. 4. Resolver incidentes en producción con autonomía, escalando cuando el impacto lo amerite. 5. Documentar lo que construye de forma que otro ingeniero pueda operarlo sin él.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria completa en Ingeniería de Software, Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Industrial, Matemáticas, Física o afines.
  • 2-5 años de experiencia.
  • Pensamiento técnico: modelos de datos, concurrencia, APIs, control de versiones.

Otras competencias:

  • Glue y PySpark en producción: jobs propios escritos y sostenidos en el tiempo, no solo tocados.
  • SQL avanzado y capacidad de definir un modelo de datos, transaccional y de data warehouse.
  • Data Lake sobre S3: particionamiento, formatos columnares y manejo del tamaño de archivo.
  • Orquestación con Step Functions, EventBridge o equivalente, con reintentos y dependencias.
  • Git y code review como práctica habitual; pruebas sobre la lógica de transformación que escribe.
  • Conocimientos básicos de IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation).
  • Nociones de servicios de ML/IA de AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock).
