Tus próximos desafíos 🚀

Se trata de un rol ejecutivo de alto nivel y de máxima confianza para el Chief Strategy Officer y Founder de Global66. Es responsable de ejecutar de punta a cabo los proyectos estratégicos más relevantes para Global66, cualquiera sea el producto, país o área involucrada.

Su principal desafío es convertir preguntas de negocio poco estructuradas en recomendaciones respaldadas en datos y en proyectos que se ejecutan en tiempo y forma, coordinando a áreas sobre las que no tiene autoridad directa y apalancando Inteligencia Artificial para hacerlo con rapidez y calidad.

Las responsabilidades básicas del Strategy Specialist serán:

  1. Liderar los proyectos en donde opere como líder de proyecto de principio a fin: Hacer Business case, documento de alcance, plan de trabajo, Gantt, hitos, y velar por su cumplimiento en tiempo y forma, ya sea ejecutando directamente o liderando al equipo que lo esté ejecutando dependiendo de la magnitud y complejidad del proyecto.
  2. Liderar los avances en mejoras de procesos críticos de la compañía: Trabajar directamente con los líderes que las áreas que correspondan en la lista de procesos a mejorar que acordara el CSO con el área de operaciones, financiero-contable, CX, Growth o cualquier otra, velando que existan avances tangibles en tiempo y forma y desbloqueando situaciones que puedan impedir el avance involucrándose directamente en la solución.
  3. Apoyar al CSO en la actualización periódica de la estrategia de la compañía: Evaluar competidores, hacer seguimiento a evolución de prioridades dentro del equipo, seguimiento periódico de los objetivos estratégicos junto a los líderes de cada área.
  4. Comprender en profundidad los procesos y modelos de negocio de Global66 y de sus distintas áreas, identificando problemas, fricciones y oportunidades de mejora, y diseñando soluciones junto a los equipos responsables.
  5. Mantener la coordinación entre áreas y con contrapartes externas en los proyectos a su cargo, haciendo seguimiento de compromisos y escalando oportunamente riesgos y bloqueos al CSO.
  6. Apalancar Inteligencia Artificial y automatización en el análisis, modelamiento y seguimiento de los proyectos estratégicos.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudios Universitarios completos, Ingeniero Comercial, Civil Industrial, Economía o carrera equivalente.
  • 3-5 años de experiencia previa en consultoría estratégica, investment banking, private equity y/o equipos de estrategia en fintech o banca.
  • Inglés avanzado (C1 en adelante).

Competencias Duras:

-Modelamiento financiero avanzado (Excel / Google Sheets / modelamiento con AI), valorización y unit economics. -Manejo de SQL y herramientas de visualización de datos (Tableau, Power BI u otra). -Uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial para acelerar análisis y entregables. -Conocimiento de productos y modelos de negocio de servicios financieros y fintech y capacidad de aprender con rapidez los que no domine. -Habilidades de ejecución de proyectos end-to-end demostradas.
